MY EXPERIENCE is rooted in delivering measurable results across diverse, high-growth sectors:

• Manufacturing: I have driven a 20%+ profit margin for a $50M+ manufacturing business, and have analyzed product costs at the product family and SKU level.

• Private Equity: I have successfully led financial due diligence with Private Equity sponsors, resulting in restructured capital, and worked closely with lenders on divestiture processes.

• Strategic Systems Integration: I have led the selection and completed integration of multiple ERP systems (including Sage Intacct), payroll systems, equity tools, and expense management systems, dramatically reducing the financial close cycle, while instituting SOX-ready controls.

• Fundraising: I have been an integral part of capital and debt fundraising activities, including federal funded loans and grants.

• Cash Flow Optimization: I have focused on improving cash flow modeling and other working capital initiatives, including freeing up cash through decreased receivables and vendor payment term renegotiations.

 

MY TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY is excellent, and includes selection and implementation of ERPs like Oracle, SAP, Acumatica, Sage Intacct, and QuickBooks, and power SaaS tools such as Ramp, Emburse, Carta, Paylocity and Paychex.  As an added bonus, I'm highly proficient in Excel Power Pivots and Power BI.
